Paula brings in-depth experience designing, developing and implementing strategic cross-channel marketing programs for both B2C and B2B companies. She has worked in radio and TV, added print & online as marketing director overseeing catalogs, direct mail, ecommerce & infomercials. She continues to apply her creative and marketing strategies to clients large and small to develop direct marketing programs that deliver results. Paula has driven relationships with brands around customer data, mail, email, ecommerce, digital, social and new technologies. Paula speaks and writes for the direct marketing industry and is an active member of NEMOA and ACMA.
