What types of consumer information does Path2Response have?
Path2Response’s databases have consumer information related to household purchases and demographics and interests. We get this information from a variety of sources and use procedures to help keep data accurate and to correct out-of-date information. We filter this information into categories to help our clients narrow your preferences and interests. For example, if you purchase women’s clothing, your household will likely be in the category of women’s apparel and merchandise and you may receive catalogs for women’s clothing in the mail.
We do not have actual knowledge that we collect or maintain information about minors under the age of 16.

As noted above, Path2Response maintains a cooperative database where members contribute data about their customers, in exchange for data about other consumers that may be interested in their products. We enhance that data with other data for analytics and marketing and advertising services. We do not sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
Names and addresses are provided to third parties for the purposes of bringing you offers of interest including catalogs, direct mail and online advertising. The categories of third parties with whom we may share your name and address are: Advertising/Marketing Companies, Advertising Networks, Apparel & Accessory Companies, Automotive Companies, Business Services/Agencies. Business to Business Companies, Parenting Product Companies, Communication Services Companies, Consumer Packaged Goods Companies, Consumer Services Companies, Health and Wellness Product and Service Companies, Marketing Data Companies, Data Analytics Providers, Social Networks, Consumer Data Resellers, Educational Institutions & Companies, Electronics Companies, Energy and Utility Companies, Financial Services Companies, Food & Beverage Companies, Gift Product Companies, Lifestyle & Interest Product Companies, Manufacturing Companies, Not for Profit Organizations, Publishing Product Companies, Technology/Computer Software Companies, Telecommunications Companies, and Travel, Leisure & Entertainment Companies.
We also provide your name, address and aggregated transaction information to Marketing Data Companies and Data Analytics Providers who provide marketing and advertising and analytics services.
How is your information used by Service Providers?
We may also provide the personal information we have collected and received to service providers who perform certain business-related functions on our behalf. Examples include formatting or updating addresses, analyzing data, and providing marketing analysis. Your right to know what information Path2Response has
You may submit a request to access your information by using the form here or, you may call (888) 914-9661, PIN 625 484. Please note that before we can provide you with this information, we must first receive a signed declaration and then we must verify that you are who you say you are. After submitting your request, you will receive email instructions on how to provide the declaration. Please note that in order to generate your report, we will perform certain additional validation procedures to verify your identity and the authenticity of your request. The information you provide will be used solely to process your request and will be shared only with a third party who will provide the test we’ll use to verify your identity.
Your right to request deletion of the personal information we have
You may submit a request to delete your information from our database here or, you may call (888) 914-9661, PIN 625 484. If you instruct us to delete your data, we will first consider this an opt-out request and process it that way without additional input from you. If you further wish us to delete your data from our databases, we must separately receive an email confirmation from you and then verify your identity. After receiving your confirmation of deletion, we will provide instructions on how we will verify your identify. If we are able to verify you, we will delete your data and maintain only what is necessary to ensure that your deletion and opt-out request may be honored in the future.

If you are an authorized agent making a request to delete, opt-out or to know on behalf of an individual, we require additional documentation.
